General Terms
1. In order for the shipment to reach you without delay, the data you attached with your order must be correct: your name, mobile number, and complete address.
2. We will keep your information confidential and private and will not disclose it to a third party
3. The prices on the website are final and not negotiable.
4. Pay the total amount when purchasing any product by choosing one of the payment methods available in the store. (We don’t accept American Express)
5. If the customer discovers a problem with the final product, the product will be returned and examined, and the customer’s request and desire will be considered.
6. We make sure that our products shipped intact, and we are not responsible for any damage to the goods as a result of the shipping process
7. If the issue is due to the customer requesting the wrong product, the customer bears the return and replacement costs.
8. At the customer’s request, we will add their complete address to the waybill in the form they received. Still, Bayouni Coffee is not responsible for delivering the consignment to the customer’s address; the shipment will be picked up at the nearest SMSA Express branch.
Exchange and return policy
1. The return or exchange is due to a defect or mismatch in the product, and this does not include the delay caused by the shipping companies to deliver the package to the customer on time or a defect caused by the shipping companies.
2. The request for return or replacement shall be shared with the seller within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product by submitting a request via an email to info@bayounicoffee.com
3. The return or exchange email message must contain pictures showing the problem, a copy of the invoice, and the customer’s contact information.
Terms of exchange and return:
1. Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags.
2. The return must be done within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Method of exchange and return:
1- Contact Bayouni Coffee customer service via email at info@bayounicoffee.com or by WhatsApp at +966507090070
2- We will provide you with the full address of Bayouni Coffee so you can resend the products to us.
3- After checking that the products have arrived in good condition, the product will be replaced, or the amount will be returned to your bank account within seven days from receipt.
