Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Reason for Request: The right to exchange or return is strictly limited to manufacturing defects or clear faults in the final product upon receipt. This does not include instances where the customer delays collecting the shipment from branches, or defects and damages resulting from shipping companies.
- Time Frame: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within a maximum of 48 hours only from the actual date of receiving the product.
- Condition of Returned Product: All products intended for return must be in their original, pristine condition, unused, accompanied by original labels and price tags (if any), and inside their original packaging.
- Product Selection Errors: The customer fully bears all shipping, return, and exchange expenses and costs if the reason for the return is that they ordered another product by mistake.
Basic Requirements for Submitting a Request
The submitted return or exchange request must include:
- Clear, high-quality photos illustrating the issue or manufacturing defect in the product.
- A clear copy of the purchase invoice issued by the store.
- The customer's complete contact details (name and mobile number).
Mechanism and Method of Submitting a Request
- Step One: Contact the Bayouni coffee customer service team to submit the required documents via:
- Step Two: After reviewing the request and granting initial approval, we will provide you with the full address of Bayouni coffee so you can resend the products to us via the shipping company.
- Step Three: As soon as the products arrive at our warehouses and are technically verified for safety and compliance with the conditions, the product will be replaced or the due amount will be refunded to your bank account within a maximum period of 7 working days.
