To ensure the delivery of shipments and orders to you without delay, the customer is committed to entering correct, accurate, and up-to-date information when completing the order, including: (full name, email address, active mobile number, and detailed delivery address).

2. Data Confidentiality and Privacy

At Bayouni coffee we guarantee complete maintenance of the confidentiality and privacy of all personal data and information registered with us on the website, and we are committed not to share or leak it to any unauthorized parties.

3. Product Prices

All prices displayed on the product pages of the website are final and fixed, and are not subject to negotiation or individual adjustment.

4. Accepted Payment Policy

The customer must pay the full invoice value when purchasing any product by choosing one of the digital payment methods available and approved within the store. Please note that we do not accept American Express cards.

5. Goods Quality and Shipping Responsibility

  • We ensure that our products and tools leave our warehouses completely intact and free of defects.
  • The operational scope and legal liability of the store end as soon as the shipment is delivered intact to the shipping company; accordingly, Bayouni coffee store bears no responsibility for any damage, shortages, or losses incurred to the goods due to shipping and handling operations.
  • The store prints the customer's full address on the waybill exactly in the format and text received from them. However, Bayouni coffee is not responsible for any failure to deliver the shipment to the customer's final address due to internal circumstances or logistical policies belonging to the shipping company. In such cases, the shipment must be collected from the nearest branch of the shipping company.
