Espresso

Prepare with Espresso machine

The traditional Espresso is a concentrated Beverage brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through 7 grams of finely ground compacted coffee; tamping down the coffee promotes the water penetration of the ground coffee, and the process produces an almost syrupy beverage by extracting both solid and dissolved components, Which is the difference between traditional Espresso and other types of Espresso served in full cup using approximately 18 grams of coffee grind.
The Espresso has more caffeine per serving than most beverages, but the usual serving size is smaller than a standard cup of coffee.

For Cappuccino:

After steaming the milk with the steam nozzle, pour the frothy milk carefully on top of the coffee, and just before you reach the top of the cup, scoop extra foam on top of the drink.
Tip: Sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon powder on whipped milk as desired.

Prepare manually

Ensure that coffee is ground coarse.

• Unscrew the two halves of the machine.
• Fill the bottom half with mineral water to the pressure release valve.
• Fill the Coffee holder with coarse ground coffee.
• Tightly screw the two parts together to avoid leakage during the process and place the pot on medium heat; when the pressure is         significant enough, the water in the bottom part will be forced through the coffee into the top section of the pot.
• Serve immediately.
